Our flagship gin – this is what Dancing Sands is all about. A carefully selected combination of local and traditional botanicals are vapour distilled in our copper pot still, preserving their delicate flavours. A contemporary dry gin, given a distinctive Golden Bay twist with verdant manuka leaves.
Nose: a wave of honeyed juniper, followed by subtle spices of peppercorn and cardamom, a touch of ground almond and the gentle scent of a springtime forest.
Taste: cardamom and green manuka leaves take on a warmer and luscious character as they dance onto the tastebuds. Honeyed juniper and freshly cracked black pepper soon join, leading to liquorice sweetness. Perfectly balanced.
