Dancing Sands Dry Gin 700ml Gift Box

For our Dry Gin we have commissioned a local Nelson artist to create a hand drawn illustration to adorn these gift boxes.  Made from FSC certified paper, and easily recyclable once you’ve enjoyed every last drop. Sip stylishly and sustainably.

This is what Dancing Sands is all about. A carefully selected combination of local and traditional botanicals are vapour distilled in our copper still, preserving their delicate flavours. A contemporary dry gin, given a distinctive Golden Bay twist with verdant manuka leaves.

Nose: a wave of honeyed juniper, followed by subtle spices of peppercorn and cardamom, a touch of ground almond and the gentle scent of a springtime forest.

Taste: cardamom and green manuka leaves take on a warmer and luscious character as they dance onto the tastebuds. Honeyed juniper and freshly cracked black pepper soon join, leading to liquorice sweetness. Perfectly balanced.
