Back in 2016, when Dancing Sands was just taking shape, Sarah and Ben quietly began a rum project alongside their first gins. Using the finest molasses and carefully selected yeasts, they experimented until they created a recipe worth tucking away for the long haul. Those first barrels have been resting in our distillery ever since, patiently developing character for seven full years.
The result is a bold yet refined rum layered with rich caramel, smooth vanilla, and toasted oak. Complex and sophisticated, it’s best enjoyed neat or over a single cube of ice, letting the years of craft and care reveal themselves in every sip.
