Real fruit, real spice, real patience. Our liqueurs are made the long way, because the short way tastes like it. Each one starts with the same base spirits we distil here in Tākaka, then is layered with natural ingredients and given time to settle into something balanced and worth pouring.
The Salted Caramel Rum Liqueur is rich, silky, and best served over ice or stirred into an espresso martini. Our Limoncello is bright and citrus-forward, made for Limon Spritzes and lazy afternoons. No artificial colours, no artificial flavours, nothing pretending to be something it isn't. Just real ingredients, distilled and blended in Golden Bay, then bottled in recycled NZ glass.
