Sauvy Sangria
A New Zealand spin on sangria, this cocktail blends Sauvignon Blanc Gin with prosecco, lemonade, and fresh fruit. Refreshing, fruity, and full of summer energy, it’s made for sharing with friends on sunny afternoons.
Cut 2 strawberries and ¼ green apple into slices into a large glass. Add 1 tsp sugar and leave to macerate for 1 hr, then add:
30ml Sauvignon Blanc Gin
60ml Prosecco
80ml Old fashioned lemonade
10ml Lemon juice
4 mint leaves
Fill with ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
