Dancing Sands Distillery is a brick & mortar distillery with a cellar door where you can drop in for a free tasting and to learn more about how we make our products. You can view the still and our production area from the cellar door and chat to our friendly staff to answer any questions you may have.
Our Cellar Door opening hours are 10AM – 4PM Monday – Saturday
We are open on most public holidays but check first on our Google Listing.
We’re located down the lane behind the Wholemeal Cafe, off Commercial Street in Takaka
PRIVATE TOURS
Located in the stunning Golden Bay, tours for organised groups are available on request.
Visit Our Golden Bay Distillery
We are not currently able to host tours at the Distillery, however our Cellar Door is open for free tastings six days a week – you can sit at the bar, enjoy the view of our stills and production area and chat to our team about how we make our Gin, all whilst enjoying a guided tasting.
