Matcha Mule
A fresh, modern twist on the mule, the Matcha Mule pairs Dancing Sands Sun-Kissed Gin with ginger ale, lime, and earthy matcha. Lightly spiced, gently citrusy, and beautifully balanced, it’s a feel-good cocktail that’s refreshing without being too sweet.
45ml Sun Kissed Gin
15ml fresh lime juice
1/2tsp matcha powder
90ml ginger ale
Garnish with a lime wedge and/or mint sprig
Add the matcha to bowl or glass and add a small amount of ginger ale, just enough to get it all into solution. Whisk until no clumps remain. Add Gin, lime juice and matcha mix to a glass with ice. Top with ginger ale and garnish
