A bold take on the Bloody Mary, the Red Snapper swaps vodka for Dancing Sands Wasabi Gin. Tomato, lemon, and a kick of wasabi create a savoury cocktail that’s spicy, tangy, and unforgettable.

 

200ml Tomato Juice

60ml Wasabi Gin

60ml Lemon Juice

20ml Worcestershire sauce

¼- ½ tsp sugar

For an extra kick, add ¾ tsp Wasabi powder

 

Mix together in a highball glass with lots of ice.
