We rest our Dry Gin in new French oak and ex-rum barrels for up to six months, developing warm, toasted notes without losing botanical clarity. The result is smooth, spiced, and lightly golden - perfect neat or with a splash of soda. It’s gin reimagined, for the whisky lover or the adventurous classicist.
