Clover Leaf
A New Zealand twist on the classic Clover Club, this cocktail balances tart lemon, sweet elderflower, and muddled boysenberries with a silky vodka base. Finished with mint and bitters, it’s bright, refreshing, and feels quietly elevated.
45ml Vodka
7.5ml Elderflower Liquor
30ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
3 Mint Leaves
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Egg White or 20ml Aquafina
6 Boysenberries, muddled
Mix all ingredients over ice in a shaker. Shake and pour!
