90ml premium tonic water. Serve in your favourite wine glass and garnish with lemon or lime.
Orchard Cup
30ml Sauvignon Blanc Gin
30ml Apple Cider
10ml Cointreau
20ml Sugar Syrup
Dash orange bitters

DRY GIN
A highly aromatic nose bursting with green manuka leaves and juniper berries. Well balanced on the palate and undertones of cardamom and Indian spices, with a long liquorice tail. We drink ours with:

A big oak flavour greets you, followed by toasted cinnamon and a lingering sweetness. This gin was aged for 3 months in new French Oak and once used rum casks, creating a unique flavour profile. We drink ours with:
