DRY GIN
Our flagship gin – this is what Dancing Sands is all about. A carefully selected combination of local and traditional botanicals are vapour distilled in our copper pot still, preserving their delicate flavours. A contemporary dry gin, given a distinctive Golden Bay twist with verdant manuka leaves. We drink ours in:

45ml Dry Gin
90ml Premium Tonic (we like East Imperial Yuzu Tonic)
Orange slice to garnish
Tākaka Sling
40ml Dry Gin
75ml Pulpy Pineapple Juice
20ml Lemon Juice
30ml Soda Water
Stir all ingredients together with ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
SUN-KISSED GIN
Fresh strawberries and locally sourced rhubarb are infused with our Dry Gin as a nod to summer nostalgia. The gin is full of candied strawberry notes and a delicate balance with the sourness of rhubarb. It is aromatic, fresh, and smooth and dangerously drinkable. We drink ours in:
Sun & Soda
30ml Sun-Kissed Gin
60ml Soda Water
Red berries or mint to garnish
Sun-Kissed Smash
40ml Sun-Kissed Gin
30ml Lime Juice
5ml Maple Syrup
Heaped Teaspoon Barkers Boysenberry, blackberry and chia coulis
5 basil leaves
Stir everything together and mix through crushed ice.
Garnish with lime wheel and basil.
SAUVIGNON BLANC GIN
State-of-the-art vacuum distillation means we are able to retain the complex flavours of the wine, while adding botanical sophistication from our Dry Gin. We drink ours in:

45ml Sauvignon Blanc Gin
90ml Premium Tonic (we like East Imperial Yuzu Tonic)
Serve in your favourite wine glass and garnish with lemon or lime.
Sauvy Sangria
Cut 2 strawberries and ¼ green apple into slices into a large glass. Add 1 tsp sugar and leave to macerate for 1 hr, then add:
30ml Sauvignon Blanc gin
60ml Prosecco
80ml Old fashioned lemonade
10ml Lemon juice
4 mint leaves
Fill with ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
BARREL AGED GIN
A big oak flavour greets you, followed by toasted cinnamon and a lingering sweetness. This gin was aged for 3 months in new French Oak and once used rum casks, creating a unique flavour profile. We drink ours in:

45ml Barrel Aged Gin
90ml Soda Water
Grapefruit slice garnish
Barrel Aged Sweet Tea
To make the tea mix make a cold tea using 1 cup water, one black tea bag and one rooibos tea bag.
200ml Tea Mix
90ml Barrel Aged Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Agave Syrup
5 Peach Slices
30ml Peach juice from a can
10 Mint Leaves
Stir all together in a large jug and add ice to fill.
WASABI GIN
An initial wasabi kick greets you, carried by the underlying juniper berries. Orange and almonds balance the wasabi and horopito leaves creating a gentle warming. The beauty in this gin is the kelp that creates a long salty and savoury finish. We drink ours in:

90ml Premium Tonic (we like Strange Love Dirty Tonic)
10ml Olive brine from an olive jar
Celery stick to garnish
Wasabi Wonder
30ml Wasabi Gin
30ml Kiwi Aloe Vera Juice
15ml Lime Juice
5ml Pineapple Juice
5ml Maple Syrup
50ml Soda Water
Mix over ice.
